-80- <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request to End Probationary Period for Full-Time Records Management <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Assistant. City Administrator Nelson stated that at their regular meeting of August 13, 2002, the <br />City Council approved the hiring of Amy Dietl to the position of full-time Records Management <br />Clerk effective August 19, 2002. A performance appraisal was completed and Ms. Dietl has <br />successfully completed this probationary period~ Staff recommended that the probationary <br />period be ended for full-time Records Management Clerk, Amy Dietl, effective February 19, <br />2003. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution ending the probationary period for full-time Records Management <br />Clerk, Amy Dietl, effective February 19, 2003 .... <br /> <br />Motion cmried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and. Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, Kurak, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request to End Probationary Period for FUll-Time Accounting Clerk <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that at their regular meeting of July 23, 2002, City <br />Council approved the h/ring of Jen.rfie Loeffler to the position of full-time Accounting Clerk <br />effective August 9, 2002. A2 performance appraisal has been completed and Ms. Loeffler has <br />successfully completed this probationary period. Staff recommended that the probationary <br />period be ended 1br full-time Accounting Clerk, Jennie Loeffler effective February 9, 2003. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler stated that Ms. Loeffter has been very pleasant to <br />work with and is a big asset to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to recommend that <br />City Council adopt the resolution ending the probationary period for full-time Accounting Clerk, <br />Jennie Loeffler, effective February 9, 2003. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 'Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Pearson, Strommen, Cook, <br />Elvig, Kurak, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case#4.: Request to End Probationary Period for Full'Time Assistant City <br /> Administrator <br /> <br />City Administrator NOrman stated that at their regular meeting of January 8, 2002, City Council <br />approved the hiring of Heidi Nelson [o the position of:full-time Assistant City Administrator <br />effective February 19, 2003. A performance, appraisal has been completed and 1Vis. Nelson has <br />successfully completed this probationary period in an exemplary manner.
