• Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09-12-277 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009, PAYABLE- 2010, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY <br />NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the following levies for assessed 2009, payable 2010, be levied upon the taxable <br />property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following <br />purposes: <br />GENERAL LEVY , <br />Fund 101: General Fund - Creneral Operations <br />Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) $ 894,172 <br />Collected as Property Tax - EDA Levy 291,705 <br />Collected as Property Tax -General Levy 6,300.022 $ 7,485,899 <br />DEBT SERVICE LEVY <br />CIP Bond 153,925 <br />Certificates of Indebtedness <br />B <br />d <br />R $ 405,891 <br />496.615 $1,056,431 <br />• <br />evenue <br />on <br />s <br />Lease <br />DRAINAGE DISTRICT LEVY <br />Mississippi River Storm Water Sub Drainage <br />District #1 $43,348 <br />TOTAL <br />LEVIES <br />55 <br />2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 8, 2009. <br />3) That the City will not be levying the $354,314.63 related to the $4,225,000 GO Impr <br />Bond. Per JPA Agreement with Anoka County, Anoka County is required to pay this <br />directly to City. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $1,496,615 related to the Project <br />Lease Revenue Bond for the Municipal Center. The City will levy $496,615 and fund the <br />remainder debt payment with an internal loan transfer from the Sewer Utility Fund in the <br />amount of $1,000,000. <br />5) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, December 28, <br />2009. <br />• <br />-9- <br />
