Attachment D <br />Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-05- <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #_ RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FROM RANDY BUFFIE FOR A VARIANCE TO SIDE YARD SETBACK IN THE R-1 <br />RESIDENTIAL (RURAL DEVELOPING) DISTRICT AT 16208 COQUINA ST NW . <br />WHEREAS, Randy Buffie; hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied. for a variance from Section 117-111 (R-1 Residential) of the Ramsey City Code to. <br />construct an accessory building seven (7) feet from the side property line (the "Structure") on the <br />property generally known as 16208 Coquina St NW and legally described as follows: <br />That part. of the west half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15 Township 32 Range 25 <br />described as follows: Commencing at southeast corner of said west half, thence north 0 <br />degrees 15 minutes 56 seconds west along east line thereof 684.39 feet, thence south 70 <br />degrees 49 minutes 24 seconds west 372.81 feet to point of beginning, thence north 3 <br />degrees 19 minutes 37 seconds east 361.48 feet, thence north 0 degrees 15 minutes 56 <br />seconds west 110.11 feet, thence south 89 degrees 44 minutes 04 seconds west 33 feet, <br />thence south 84 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds west 98.36 feet, thence south 37 degrees 14 <br />minutes 02 seconds west 301 feet, thence southerly to point of beginning, except road <br />subject to easement of record. <br />(the "Subject Property"), <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Boazd of Adjustment for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code on May 6, 2010 and that said public hearing <br />was properly advertised, and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated <br />as a part of these findings by reference. <br />2. That the Subject Propertyis zoned R-1 Rural Developing. <br />3. That that Subject Property is approximately d.46 acres (63,572 square feet) in size, <br />excluding any road easement. <br />4. That the Subject Property is surrounded by properties also zoned R-1 Rural Developing <br />5. That the Applicant is proposing to construct atwenty-four by thirty-four foot (24' x 34') <br />accessory building, or eight hundred and sixteen (816) square feet (the "Structure") on the <br />Subject Property. <br />6. That MN Rules Chapter 7080 requires a minimum setback of twenty (20) feet between an <br />individual sewage treatment system (the "ISTS") and a building. The Structure appears fo <br />13 <br />
