Attachment E <br />Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-OS- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO SIDE YARD <br />SETBACK IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL (RURAL DEVELOPING) DISTRICT AT.16208 <br />COQUINA ST NW AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, ,Randall M. Buffie, AIA (the "Pennittee") has properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 117-349 (Accessory Uses and Buildings) of the Ramsey City Code to <br />construct an accessory building seven (7) feet from the side property line on the property <br />generally known as 16208 Coquina St NW and legally described as follows: <br />That part of the west half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15 Township 32 Range 25 <br />described as follows: Commencing at southeast corner of said west half, thence north 0 <br />degrees 15 minutes 56 seconds west along east line thereof 684.39 feet, thence south 70 <br />degrees 49 minutes 24 seconds west 372.81 feet to point of beginning, thence north 3 <br />.degrees' 19 minutes 37 seconds east 361.48 feet, thence north 0 degrees 15 minutes 56 <br />seconds west 110.11 feet, thence south 89 degrees 44 minutes 04 seconds west 33 feet, <br />thence south 84 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds.west 98.36 feet, thence south 37 degrees <br />14 minutes 02 seconds.west 301 feet, thence southerly to point of beginning, except road <br />subject to easement of record. <br />(the "Subject Property"). <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on May 6, 2010, <br />pursuant to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #_, a variance to construct a detached accessory building <br />with a seven (7) foot side yard setback on the Subject Property (the "Variance") is hereby <br />granted. <br />2. That the exterior finish of the proposed building shall match that of the principal structure, <br />including soffit, fascia, and eave overhang. ' <br />3. That the Pennittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />4. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory building, including, but not lirnited to, a Building Permit. <br />17 <br />
