Staff would like to note that in 2005, the Applicant received a variance to split the lot after combining two <br />adjoining parcels at the County. However, the Applicant never formally completed the lot split at the <br />County. <br />Staff provided the DNR with the application and supporting information and they had no objections to the <br />requested variance. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the variance application.
