Voting Yes: Chairperson Elvig and Councilmembers McGlone and Dehen. <br />Voting No: None. <br />Case #3: Discuss Installation of Turn Lanes Along CSAH 5 <br />City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember McGlone stated he did not know what could be done as far as the County was <br />concerned. <br />The Committee discussed the pros and cons of installing the turn lanes.
