The proposed <br />improvements are necessary to substantially improve visibility approaching CR 27 from <br />southbound TH 47. Anoka County recognizes that this improvement is essential to <br />enhance the traveling community's safety at this intersection. <br />The information enclosed follows the cooperative agreement submittal.
