A person subject to any of the requirements in the applicable law may not make a false material statement, representation, or cert~cation in; omit material information from; or alter, conceal, or fail to file or maintain a notice, application, record, report, plan, or other document required under the applicable law. 3268.085 RECOVERY OF LITIGATION COSTS AND EXPENSES. In any action brought by the commissioner for enforcement of an order issued under section 3266.082 for injunctive relief, onto compel performance pursuant to the applicable law, if the state finally prevails, the state, in addition to other penalties provided by law, may be allowed an amount determined by the court to be the reasonable value of all or part of the litigation expenses incurred by the state. In determining the amount of the litigation expenses to be allowed, the court shall give consideration to the economic circumstances of the defendant.
