CONSENT AGENDA ~ ~ ~ 3 <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br />Background <br />As part of the one year, 360 degree performance evaluation for the City Administrator, <br />department heads, the City Clerk, members of the City Council and the City <br />Administrator completed electronic performance evaluations. Subsequently, the results <br />were compiled and the Mayor and City Administrator met to discuss the results of the <br />evaluation. The City Administrator also met with the full City Council in closed session <br />to discuss the results of his March 2009-March 2010 performance evaluation. It was <br />the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Ulrich's overall performance was satisfactory. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Consider the attached resolution indicating Mr. Ulrich's satisfactory performance. <br />Funding Source <br />Mr. Ulrich's salary is included in the 2010 General Fund Budget. <br />Reviewed by: ~~~ <br />City Administrator ,."`\ ~' <br />CC: 5-11-10 <br />
