Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-OS-XXX <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF PAY APPLICATION NO. 1 FOR THE <br />RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER REMODEL <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the contract for the remodel of the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center on March 23, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, construction on the project began on March 30, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, BKV Group Inc has reviewed the pay application submitted by the <br />contractor and the work completed and is recommending payment to said contractors. <br />NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes payment of Pay Application No. 1 for the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center Remodel totaling $21,838.00. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ,and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 11~' day of May, 2010. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: . <br />City Clerk <br />
