<br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />FEBRUARY 18, 1993 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br />in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Steve Jankowski, Bill <br />Ottensman (Coon Rapids alternate), and John Weaver (arrived <br />at 8:55 a.m.j. <br />Ottensman introduced newly appointed Coon Rapids representa- <br />tive to the LRRWMO, Ben Ferguson. <br />Also present was Anoka alternate Ray Schultz, Deputy <br />Treasurer Jim Rnutson, and the new Coon Rapids LRRWMO member <br />Ben Ferguson. The guest in attendance was Gary Ostrum, <br />United Power Association. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Ottensman, seconded by Jankowski, to <br />APPROVE THE JANUARY 21, 1993, REGULAR MEETING MINUTES AS <br />PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Upon consideration of the February 11, 1993, SPECIAL MEETING <br />MINUTES, IT WAS NOTED THERE WAS NOT QUORUM PRESENT OF THOSE <br />MEMBERS ATTENDING THE FEBRUARY 11, 1993, MEETING; THEREFORE, <br />CONSIDERATION OF SAID MINUTES WERE POSTPONED UNTIL WEAVER'S <br />ARRIVAL. <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Motion was made by Ottensman, seconded by Jankowski, to <br />RETAIN THE SAME SLATE OF OFFICERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993 AS WAS <br />ESTABLISHED IN FISCAL YEAR 1992: CHAIR, ANDOVER REPRESENTA- <br />TIVE JIM SCHRANTZ; VICE-CHAIR, RAMSEY REPRESENTATIVE STEVE <br />JANKOWSKI; SECRETARY, ANORA REPRESENTATIVE JOHN WEAVER; AND <br />TREASURER, COON RAPIDS REPRESENTATIVE BEN FERGUSON. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />
