Carried over to the September meeting <br />agenda. <br />Application #93-6, Norway Pine Builders, Inc. <br />The board contin..ued consideration on the Norway Pine <br />Builders, Inc. application #93-6 from the July meeting. <br />Beduhn's August 18, 1993, recommendation was noted whereby he <br />.recommended approval contingent upon preconstruction <br />inspection by the LRRWMO engineer as well as post <br />construction inspection to ensure the mitigation is performed <br />as indicated on the plan. He further recommended the LRRWMO <br />reserve the right to review the plans should any changes be <br />made to satisfy other agency concerns. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Perry, to APPROVE <br />APPLICATION #93-6 FOR NORWAY PINE BUILDERS, INC. CONTINGENT <br />ON PRECONSTRUCTION AND POST CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION BY THE <br />LRRWMO ENGINEER, AS RECOMMENDED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Application #93-9, Mark of Excellence Homes, Inc. <br />Schultz briefly presented application #93-9, Weston Woods on <br />the River, located adjacent to the Rum River on Outlots C and <br />E, Cutters Grove First Addition. The applicant is proposing <br />mitigation of 1,800 square feet. Beduhn's August 18, 1993, <br />project review was noted: recommendation to table until the <br />wet detention and skimming issues are resolved. The appli- <br />cant should also be aware, according to Beduhn, of the need <br />for an NPDES construction permit from the Minnesota PCA. <br />Schultz stated the applicant wants to get his project started <br />during the Parade of Homes event. He suggested it could be <br />done because he will not be platting yet. <br />Weaver indicated this is an interesting project but queried <br />the amount of runoff the adjacent retention pond could <br />retain. He felt this project will require the pond to be <br />enlarged, with skimming provided for this and the adjacent <br />apartment project. Schultz confirmed that runoff from this <br />project and from K-Mart will go into this holding pond, along <br />
