T/ a <br />j <br />LGWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />ANDOVER - ANOKA - COON RAPIDS - RAMSEY <br />~. <br />POLICY/OPERATING PROCEDURE <br />DESCRIPTION: LRRWMO PER.*SIT PROCEDURE <br />DIRECTIVE: When processing an LRRWMO permit application, <br />the following procedure will be enforced: <br />-- Applicant obtains an LRRWMO permit application form from <br />the project's City Engineer, and the permit application fee <br />is submitted along with the appropriate project plans for <br />review. <br />=- A copy of said check and backup information will be <br />provided to LRRWMO in-coming mail, currently at Anoka City <br />Hall, Engineering Department, for proper mailing distribution <br />to board members. <br />-- The City Engineer is also responsible for seeing that a <br />copy of the check, permit application, and backup information <br />is sent to the Consulting Engineer for project review. <br />-- IIpon~approval/consideration of the permit application, the <br />LRRWMO Administrative Secretary shall contact the applicant, <br />informing said applicant of the board's final decision <br />relative to the permit aaplication. City offices within the <br />project jurisdiction shall receive an approved copy of the <br />LRRWMO perait. <br />-- Copies of all pertinent, acted upon permit information <br />shall be sent to the Minnesota Department of Natural <br />Resources Conservation Officer within the LRRWMO jurisdiction <br />for his/her records. The Anoka County Soil and Water Conser- <br />vation District .shall also receive information pertinent to <br />wetland related areas. The applicant is responsible for <br />providing the LRRWMO with additional approved project mans, <br />site plans, drawings, etc. to be sent to the Conservation <br />Officer and the Conservation District. <br />DATE OF APPROVAL: <br />SIGNATURE OF CHAIRMAN: <br /> <br />
