.. -, <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />" October 19, 1995 <br />Page 5 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #95 19 Anoka Electric Cooperative Operations Center - Ramsev <br />Jankowski noted LRRWMO Permit #95-19 is a request from Anoka Electric Cooperative <br />for a permit to grade approximately thirty acres and construct an approximately 136,000 <br />square foot operations center. The LRRWMO reviewed Obermeyer's October 17, 1995 <br />memorandum and recommendation for approval subject to seven conditions. <br />Moved by Schultz, seconded by Ottensmann, to approve LRRWMO Permit #95-19 to grade <br />approximately thirty acres and construct an approximately 136,000 square foot operations <br />center subject to the seven conditions outlined in Bob Obermeyer's memorandum dated <br />October 17, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-20 -Wisconsin Magneto Inc. -Anoka AEP <br />Jankowski noted Permit #95-20 is a request from Wisconsin Magneto, Inc. to construct a <br />41,184 square foot office/warehouse facility in the AEP 4th Addition. The LRRWMO <br />reviewed Obermeyer's October 17, 1995 memorandum and recommendation for approval <br />subject to five conditions. <br />Moved by Schultz, seconded by Ottensmann, to approve LRRWMO Permit #9>-20 to <br />construct an office/warehouse facility subject to the five conditions as detailed in bob <br />Obermeyer's memorandum dated October 17, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-21 -Able Properties <br />Jankowski noted Permit #95-21 is a request from Able Properties to construct a 25,600 <br />square foot office/warehouse facility for McKinley Business Center in the AEP 3rd Addition. <br />The LRRWMO reviewed Obermeyer's October 17,1995 memorandum and recommendation <br />for approval subject to seven conditions. <br />An engineer representing Able Properties reviewed the site plan and storm drainage which <br />discharges to a water quality pond and then outlets to a 33 inch stub. He advised there is <br />excess capacity so the pond is designed for water quality. He stated they will comply with <br />Obermeyer's recommendation for a skimmer device. <br />Moved by Ottensmann, seconded by Schultz, to approve LRRWMO Permit #95-21 to AUIe <br />Properties subject to the 7 conditions as detailed in Bob Obermeyer's memorandum dated <br />October 17, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
