LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />Apri120, 1995 <br />Page 11 <br />DNR Request for Comment -City of Ramse <br />Jankowski reviewed the DNR request for review and comment for DNR Permit #95-6082, <br />and advised Ramsey needs to dischazge water into an adjacent wetland during construction <br />of a watermain. <br />Weaver asked if this dewatering process will impact any neazby residential shallow wells. <br />Jankowski indicated this would be unlikely since the water level will only go down three to <br />five feet. <br />Zastrow advised that the contractor of a Champlin project that impacted shallow residential <br />wells was required to supply them with water, and this type of condition can be spec~ied in <br />the project requirements. <br />Consensus was reached that there are no adverse comments regarding the proposed <br />dewatering project by the City of Ramsey for watermain utility construction. <br />Jankowski indicated he will so advise the DNR <br />DNR Request for Comment -Gorham Builders <br />Jankowski reviewed the DNR request for review and comment for DNR Permit #95-6082 <br />submitted by Gorham Builders for the outfall for stormwater pond which will be extended <br />under Cobalt Street to Wetland #2-659. The culvert will not extend to Ordinary High <br />Water (OHW) of #2-659 but will be "daylighted" with an open swale to the OHW. <br />Beduhn advised they probably plan to place the outlet of the pond below the OHW. <br />Moved by Haas, seconded by Weaver, that there are no adverse comments regarding DNR <br />Request for Comment for DNR Permit #95-6082 as submitted by Gorham Builders. Vote: <br />4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Amber Ridge and Anoka County Projects <br />Beduhn advised he has inspected the Amber Ridge and Anoka County projects, found they <br />aze complete, and will be recommending they be closed out. <br />Summary of 1994 Permits <br />Beduhn advised he will be preparing a summary of 1994 permits for inclusion in the 1994 <br />Annual Report. It was noted the cost for this report will be charged back to permits. <br />
