• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes November 21, 1996 Page 2 With regazd to the SEH billings, it was noted they have not yet agreed to the increase offered by the Board last month. Jankowski asked if there is agreement to releasing up to 95% of the amount agreed upon by the Boazd. Knutson pointed out that SEH has not billed to that amount and recommended payment be considered of invoices received. Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to authorize payment to SEH in the amount of $534.13 (April), $1,228.68 (March) and $334.29 (February) as long as it does not exceed the limit of 95% of the total agreed upon amount. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Knutson advised this will fully pay the originally contract amount of $26,400 leaning $3,350 unpaid of the $28,950. 1996 Wetland Conservation Act Grant Knutson reminded the Boazd of the need to submit documentation of costs which qualify for • reimbursement from the 1996 Wetland Conservation Act Grant. Weaver asked if these funds come from BWSR. Jankowski explained the funds aze routed from BWSR through Anoka County to the LRRWMO. DISCUSS PLAN UPDATE Jankowski noted the final draft was received from SEH and tabled at the last meeting to allow Haas to be present to provide in put. Haas stated after review of the draft, he is comfortable with submitting the draft Plan to review agencies. Weaver asked if this process of submittal and resulting changes aze part of the SEH contract. Jankowski answered affirmatively. Motion was made by Haas, seconded by W eaver, to authorize SEH to submit the draft Plan for agency review. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.
