• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />November 21, 1996 <br />Page 2 <br />With regazd to the SEH billings, it was noted they have not yet agreed to the increase offered by the <br />Board last month. <br />Jankowski asked if there is agreement to releasing up to 95% of the amount agreed upon by the <br />Boazd. Knutson pointed out that SEH has not billed to that amount and recommended payment be <br />considered of invoices received. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to authorize payment to SEH in the amount <br />of $534.13 (April), $1,228.68 (March) and $334.29 (February) as long as it does not exceed the <br />limit of 95% of the total agreed upon amount. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Knutson advised this will fully pay the originally contract amount of $26,400 leaning $3,350 unpaid <br />of the $28,950. <br />1996 Wetland Conservation Act Grant <br />Knutson reminded the Boazd of the need to submit documentation of costs which qualify for <br />• reimbursement from the 1996 Wetland Conservation Act Grant. <br />Weaver asked if these funds come from BWSR. Jankowski explained the funds aze routed from <br />BWSR through Anoka County to the LRRWMO. <br />DISCUSS PLAN UPDATE <br />Jankowski noted the final draft was received from SEH and tabled at the last meeting to allow Haas <br />to be present to provide in put. <br />Haas stated after review of the draft, he is comfortable with submitting the draft Plan to review <br />agencies. <br />Weaver asked if this process of submittal and resulting changes aze part of the SEH contract. <br />Jankowski answered affirmatively. <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by W eaver, to authorize SEH to submit the draft Plan <br />for agency review.
