:~ <br />• LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MAY 16, 1996 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:38 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka <br />City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; and John Weaver, <br />Anoka. <br />Voting members absent was Ben Ferguson, Coon Rapids. <br />Also present was Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate; and Jim Knutson, Deputy Treasurer. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />• Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to approve the April 18, 1996 regular <br />meeting minutes, as submitted. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Knutson presented the Treasurer`s Statement of Cask Receipts and Disbursements and the Treasurer's <br />Report for the period ending April 30, 1996. Account balances for the period were: Checking, <br />$48,025.59; less permit account balance of ($11,533.13), for a total available balance of $36,492.46. <br />Knutson noted the negative fund balance for Norway Pine and Ramsey Commons. Haas advised he <br />spoke with the developer who suggested his permit fund balance from #94-07 (Donovan Robarge) <br />be transferred into the Norway Pines account. Haas stated he will contact Barr Engineering to assure <br />the Donovan Robarge project is finaled prior to the fund transfer. <br />Jankowski requested a breakdown of engineering expenses for the Ramsey Commons permit. <br />Knutson stated he will provide copies. Jankowski stated there may be a possibility that one of the <br />expenses was charged to the correct developer, but perhaps the wrong permit. Jankowski stated he <br />will send the developer a letter. <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the <br />period ending Apri130,1996. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
