• LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />APRII.18, 1996 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka <br />City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; Ben Ferguson, Coon <br />Rapids; and John Weaver, Anoka. <br />Also present was Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate; Jim Knutson, Deputy Treasurer; Bob Obermeyer, <br />Barr Engineering; and Mark Lobermeier, SEH. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to approve the March 21,1996 regular <br />• meeting minutes, as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Knutson presented the Treasurezs Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements and the Treasurer's <br />Report for the period ending March 31, 1996. Account balances for the period were: Checking, <br />$48,394.78; less permit account balance of ($12,177.27), for a total available balance of $48,394.78. <br />Knutson advised the annual report will be submitted at the May 16, 1996 meeting. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the <br />period ending March 31,1996. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Annual Report Draft <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the drafted Annual Report and noted several appendixes to be included <br />relating to the audit and permit summary. <br />Informational; members to contact Secretary regarding inclusions with finat consideration <br />taking place at the May 16, 1996 meeting. <br />• Grant Reimbursement to Member Cities <br />Knutson reviewed past discussions relative to requests from member cities for reimbursement of their <br />expenses related to enforcement of the WCA for which the LRRWMO receives reimbursement <br />through a matching grant. <br />
