This addendum supplements the EID and <br />' includes the following: <br />• Public Hearing Transcript <br />• Agency Review Comments <br />' <br />• Written Comments and Responses <br />• Assurances for Air & Water Quality <br />and Land Use Compatibility Assurances <br />' The comments received at the Public Hearing and in written form are <br />favorable overall with the primary issue being landfill/airport <br />' compatibility. The Councils' approval of the Environmental Report <br />on July 26th together with positive action on land use compati- <br />bility assurances completed actions necessary to submit the Draft <br />Environmental Information Document to review agencies.
