Use of plastic sheet covering; <br />11. Restricting the application rates of herbicides; <br />12. Equipping bituminous plants with dust collectors; <br />13. Delaying operations until the climate or wind conditions dissipate <br />or inhibit the potential pollutants. <br />The abatement strategies implemented during the construction phase are <br />fairly straightforward and principally a matter of enforcement.
