<br />and ending at the northwest end at elevation 892. The northwest end of the <br />' Runway 13-31 primary surface ends approximately 800 feet short of the Trott <br />Brook - County Ditch 51 floodway. <br />The first 1200 feet of the clear zone and zone A areas for Runway 13-31 fall within <br />the General Mills property and the Trott Brook - County Ditch 51 floodway. The <br />remainder of the northwest clear zone, zone A, and zone B areas encompass rural <br />service lands which-are either wooded or farmed. No existing homes, buildings, <br />or businesses fall within the primary surface areas or approach zones of Runway <br />13-31. However, approximately 6 acres of wooded area is included within the <br />primary surface area and would have to be cleared and grubbed. <br />Crosswind Runway 4-22 has been located as far as possible to the northeast to <br />abut the Trott Brook - County Ditch 51 floodway with much of the clear zone, <br />zone A and zone B areas for Runway 4-22 included in the floodway. <br />The elevation at the northeast end of the Runway 4-22 primary surface is 876 <br />which rises to elevation 900 at the southwest end. Approximately 12 acres of <br />wooded area are included within the primary surface area and would have to be <br />cleared. The clear zones and safety zones for the southwest approach are <br />situated over an area which is predominantly farmland and in the rural service <br />area. <br />B.
