AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION I CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4.1.1 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CHARTER. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursu- ant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. AMENDMENT Chapter 4, Section 4.11 of the City Charter is amended to provide as follows: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Chapter 4, Section 4.1.1 of the City Charter is deleted and replaced with the following: Section 4.1.1 Primary Elections. Primary elections shall be held on the same date as prescribed by the Min- nesota Statute, which establishes the statewide primary election date. The primary election shall be for the selec- tion of two nominees for each elec- tive office at the regular municipal election, unless two nominees or fewer file for each elective office. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordi- nance is ninety (90) days after its pas- sage and publication, subject to Minn. Star. §410.12, Subd. 7.
