A potential runway expansion
to 5,000 feet would dictate when additional land would be
purchased.
The County shaze of the proposed first phase of development
was estimated at 5275,659 for an operauonal facility with no
public apron or buildings; 5408,750 for a facility with public
apron and a small arrival/departure building, but no county-
owned hangars; and 5523,880 for a facility with a public apron
and county-owned T-hangars.
• ` Howazd, Needles, Tatnmen & Bergendoft•; "Carver County Airport Feasibility Study,"
September 1987.
I-24
