x The Consultant shall attend coordination meetings with Mn/DOT, FAA, the City of Ramsey, and the Engineer as necessary for the relocation and acquisition portions of the project. Expense items will be reimbursed at actual cost accompanied by receipts or as invoiced by consultant. The Consultant shall provide the Engineer with a schedule of work timetable prior to starting work. The Engineer shall provide to the Consultant all pertinent available data from previous study efforts and as available from the City including: Property Maps Zoning Maps Comprehensive Land Use Plan Aerial Photos Background Reports Historic Operations and Based Aircraft Data Other available pertinent data as requested for the study. Work shall not commence until a Notice of Proceed is issued and shall be due to coincide with the environmental and preapplica- tion schedule. The due date for final documents is no later than September 15, 1987. II. COMPENSATION The Engineer shall compensate the Consultant as follows for the above professional services: For Phase I services as described in Exhibit B, are to be accom- plished on the basis of the actual cost, using hourly rates, and with a fixed fee of $551.00, plus reimburseable expenses, the total not to exceed $4,325.00, unless an amendment to this agree- ment is approved by the participating agencies. Should additional work beyond the established work statement (Exhibit B) be requested of the Consultant by the Engineer, he shall do so in writing with the understanding that reimbursement shall be on an hourly basis at rates set forth herein. Requests for payment are to be submitted not more often than once per month and invoices shall detail hours by position, fee and expenses. The Engineer shall exert all reasonable and diligent efforts to collect payment from the Sponsor, and the Engineer shall pay the Consultant for his accepted statements of services, in the same proportion that payments received from the Sponsor bear to the total payment due the Engineer. Payment will be made to the Consultant within twenty (20) days upon receipt of payment from the Sponsor.
