'~ <br /> <br />The Consultant shall attend coordination meetings with Mn/DOT, <br />FAA, the City of Ramsey, and the Engineer as necessary for the <br />relocation and acquisition portions of the project. <br />Expense items will be reimbursed at actual cost accompanied by <br />receipts or as invoiced by consultant. Said expense costs are <br />included in the contract amount. <br />The Consultant shall provide the Engineer with a schedule of work <br />timetable prior to starting work. <br />The Engineer shall provide to the Consultant all pertinent <br />available data from previous study efforts and as available from <br />the City including: <br />Property Maps <br />Zoning Maps <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br />Aerial Photos <br />Background Reports <br />Historic Operations and Based Aircraft Data <br />Other available pertinent data as requested for the study. <br />Work shall not commence until a Notice of Proceed is issued and shall <br />be due to coincide with the environmental assessment and preapplica- <br />tion schedule. The due date for final documents is no later than <br />September 15, 1987. <br />II. COMPENSATION <br />The Engineer shall compensate the Consultant as follows for the <br />above professional services: <br />For Phase I services as described in Exhibit B, are to be accom- <br />plished on the basis of the actual cost, using hourly rates, and <br />with a fixed fee of $979.50, plus reimburseable expenses, the <br />total not to exceed $7,500, unless an amendment to this agreement <br />is approved by the participating agencies. <br />Should additional work beyond the established work statement <br />(Exhibit B) be requested of the Consultant by the Engineer, he <br />shall do so in writing with the understanding that reimbursement <br />shall be on an hourly basis at rates set forth herein. <br />Requests for payment are to be submitted not more often than once <br />per month and invoices shall detail hours by position, profit and <br />reimburseable expenses. The Engineer shall exert all reasonable <br />and diligent efforts to collect payment from the Sponsor, and the <br />Engineer shall pay the Consultant for his accepted statements of <br />services, in the same proportion that payments received from the <br />Sponsor bear to the total payment due the Engineer. Payment will <br />be made to the Consultant within twenty (20) days upon receipt of <br />payment from the Sponsor. <br />
