After all construction work on the compass pad is completed, it is <br />advisable to have the pad magnetically resurveyed to guard against <br />the:possibility of objectionable magnetic materials being introduced <br />during the construction. <br />f. Magnetic surveys of existing compass calibration pads should be <br />performed at regular intervals of 5 years or less.
