Curve B in figure 2 is intended to apply to less complex assignments <br />the following are examples: <br />a. Industrial buildings, warehouses, garages, hangars, and comparable <br />engineering structures. <br />b. Bridges and other structures of conventional design. <br />c. Less complex access roads. <br />d. Conventional levees, flood walls, and retaining walls. <br />e. Sewer and water tunnels (free -air). <br />f. Storm sewers and drains. <br />Sanitary sewer lines 24 inches (60 centimeters) and larger. <br />h. Water distribution lines 16 lines (40 centimeters) and larger. <br />i. Airports except as classified for Curve A. <br />6. The curves in figures 1 and 2 represent median compensation for the four phases <br />of the basic services described in paragraph 3. For the purpose of establishing <br />charges for the separate phases, the following range of allocations is applicable: <br />a. Preliminary Phase --up to 40 percent of basic compensation. <br />b. Design Phase --up to 80 percent of basic compensation. <br />g• <br />e. Construction Phase --(include bidding and <br />percent of basic compensation. <br />7.
