Moving Expenses. <br />(1) Similar information as described in paragraph 71b. <br />(2) In the,case a business or farm operation that receives <br />a fixed allowance in lieu of moving expenses, data <br />underlying, the computation of such payment. <br />73. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE ADVISORY SERVICES. <br />a. General. Relocation assistance advisory services may be provided <br />by employees of the sponsor or by contract with any qualified <br />individual, -firm, association, corporation, or another State or <br />local government agency. <br />b. Contractual Services. The following documentation will be required <br />to support a sponsor's claim for reimbursement for relocation <br />assistance advisory services performed by a contractor. <br />(1) A copy of the contract and all'amendments. <br />(2) Invoices for all services rendered including detailed <br />supporting data. <br />(3) Evidence of all payments including vouchers and canceled <br />checks or warrants. <br />(4) If the contractor pays moving expenses or replacement housing <br />payments to displaced persons, the documentation described <br />in paragraphs 70, 71, and 72 is required. <br />c. Services Provided by Sponsor. When the relocation assistance <br />advisory services are provided by the sponsor's employees, the <br />following documentation will be required. <br />Chap 7 <br />Par 72 <br />(1) Labor costs and fringe benefits.
