The use of high -intensity white obstruction lights (strobes) was considered; <br />however, with the substantial volume of aircraft traversing the proposed site, <br />and the site location beneath the TCA, it was concluded that high -intensity <br />white obstruction lighting could not provide adequate conspicuity to relieve the <br />substantial adverse effect the proposed structure would have on air navigation. <br />Therefore, it is determined that the proposed structure would have a substantial <br />adverse effect on the safe and efficient utilization of the navigable airspace <br />by aircraft and would be a hazard to air navigation. <br />Page 8 of 8 Pages <br />Aeronautical Study No. 81-AGL-1556-0E <br />* U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE 19132 844-022/445 <br />
