Nowthen Blvd <br />Ramsey, rod 55303 . <br />T am hopefully a snort term resident of Ramsey. I am trying to sell <br />my horse an 16951 Sodium St. N. W. Ism probably going to have to <br />take less that my house is worth because of what has happened in this <br />hood. In fact, the realtor`s appraiser mentioned the neighbor - <br />has loWened the value of our house. <br />We have canplaiaed many times to the city about junked cars stored along <br />Sodium, as well as along Radium, all to no avail. As you turn onto <br />Sodium St, from 167th, comer house has a junked Studebaker in the hark <br />yard and two junked vans in the front yard. The back yard also has a <br />couple of junked beds along side of the Studebaker. The muse across <br />the street has a junked Chevy in the back yard. At corner house (Lidtke) <br />has all kinds of junk at both ends of his house. The arouse across from <br />Umbels a wrecked car in the yard. One house on Radium (new caner) has <br />approximately six cars parked all over. (supposedly he was supposed to <br />go to cart, but nothing has happened.) <br />All this tends to ward off prospective buyers for our horse. All these <br />junked cars are stored, I;m sure, in violation of existing city by-laws. <br />As we are probably going to lose Money because of the in action of the <br />city, I would appreciate a response by you , as Mayor, in writing, what <br />is going to be done about this natter. <br />There are at least three to four more house S.in this same area that could <br />do alot of cleaning up in their yards. <br />7 <br />Robert &Jean Nix v <br />16951 Sodium Street St. N.
