Nowtiei Blvd
Ramsey, MN 55303
I am hopefully a short term residait of Ramsey. I am trying to sell
my, house an 16951 Sodium St. N. W. I am probably going to have to
take less than my house is worth because of what has happened in this
hood. In fact, the realtor`s appraiser meatiooed the neighbor-
h has lowered the value of our house.
We have ccmplained may tines to the city About junked cars stored along
Sodium, as well as along Radium, all to no avail. As you turn onto
Sodium St, foam 167th, corner house has a junked Stuiebaker in the back
yard and two junked vans in the front yard. The back yard also has a
couple of junked beds along side of the Studebaker. The house across
the street has a junked Chevy in the bark yard. At corner house (Lidtke)
has all kinds of junk at both ends of his house. The house across from
him has a wrecked car in the yard. One house on Radium (new ouster) has
approximately six cars parked all over. (supposedly he was supposed to
go to cast, bit nothing has happened.)
All this tends to ward off prospective buyers far our house. All these
jtauhced cars are stored, I;m sure, in violation of misting city by-laws.
As we are probably going to lose money because of the in action of the
city, I would appreciate a response by you , as Mayor, in writing, what
is going to be date about this natter.
There are at least three to four mare house d.in this same area that could
do slot of cleaning up in their yards.
Robert & Jean Nix
16951 Sodium Street St. N.
