July 14, 1987 <br />Dear Zone B Landowner: <br />An examination of public records indicates that you own land which is or <br />may be affected by the Airport Zoning Ordinance which is being proposed for <br />adoption by the Gateway North Industrial Airport Zoning Board. A public <br />hearing to consider the adoption of this ordinance will be held on the 29th <br />day of July, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />We believe that your property may be located in Zone B as defined by the <br />proposed ordinance. The Zone B restrictions provide, among other things, <br />that, ASIDE FROM EXISTING USES, Zone B shall be restricted as follows: <br />a. Each use shall be on a site whose area shall not be less than 2.5 <br />acres. <br />b. Each use shall not create, attract or bring together a site <br />population that would exceed 15 times that of the site acreage. <br />c. Each site shall have no more than one building plot upon which any <br />number of structures may be erected. <br />d.
