PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF HEARING Notice Is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Gateway North Mdustrlal Airport Zoning Board for the purpose of adoption of an Airport Zoning Ordinance In the area of the Gateway North Industrial Airport.. The public hearing will be held on the 29th day of July, 1987, commencing at 7:30 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center. The proposed Ordi- nance and the accompanying map are available for public Inspection at Ramsey Municipal Center during regular business hours. The property affected by the proposed Airport Zoning Ordinance Is some, but not all, of the land lying within 6200 feet of the airport's run- ways. The types of restrictions proposed for each area are set forth In detail in Me proposed Ordinance and map. - • -• The precise restrictions which would be Im. posed vary, depending on the location of the. property. The restrictions generally regulate height of structures, the location or sire, end use of buildings and the density of population. ' The most restrictive provisions would apply to the areas located In a trapezoidal area of the end of each runway, which area extends out from the end of the proposed 3300 foot runway a distance equal to the length of the runway Plus two hundred feet.
