PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice Is hereby given that a hearing will be <br />held by the Gateway North Mdustrlal Airport <br />Zoning Board for the purpose of adoption of an <br />Airport Zoning Ordinance In the area of the <br />Gateway North Industrial Airport.. The public hearing will be held on the 29th <br />day of July, 1987, commencing at 7:30 p.m. at <br />Ramsey Municipal Center. The proposed Ordi- <br />nance and the accompanying map are available <br />for public Inspection at Ramsey Municipal <br />Center during regular business hours. <br />The property affected by the proposed Airport <br />Zoning Ordinance Is some, but not all, of the <br />land lying within 6200 feet of the airport's run- <br />ways. The types of restrictions proposed for <br />each area are set forth In detail in Me proposed <br />Ordinance and map. - • -• <br />The precise restrictions which would be Im. <br />posed vary, depending on the location of the. <br />property. The restrictions generally regulate <br />height of structures, the location or sire, end <br />use of buildings and the density of population. <br />' The most restrictive provisions would apply to <br />the areas located In a trapezoidal area of the <br />end of each runway, which area extends out <br />from the end of the proposed 3300 foot runway a <br />distance equal to the length of the runway Plus <br />two hundred feet. <br />Persons who believe that they may be of <br />fecfed by the proposed Ordinance are en- <br />couraged to review it and ascertain the specific <br />Impact which It would have on their property. <br />abcdefphilklmnopgrstuvwxyz <br />Published In Anoka Co.
