DOCKET NUMBER 310 <br />ORDER NUMBER 548 <br />IMPARTMENT <br />OF MINNESOTA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />OFFICE OF AERONAUTICS <br />ORDER APPROVING PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br />OF THE <br />GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL AIRPORT ZONING BOARD <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1974, <br />Sections 360.061 to 360.074, as amended, known as the "Airport <br />Zoning Act," the Gateway North Industrial Airport Zoning Board, <br />through Mr. Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Incorporated, on May 11, 1987, submitted to the Director, Office <br />of Aeronautics, Minnesota Department of Transportation, for his <br />approval, a proposed ordinance establishing zoning regulations for <br />the Gateway North Industrial Airport, to be owned and operated by <br />the City of Ramsey, together with an airport zoning map showing the <br />airport and the area to be zoned, as established by the ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Director, Office of <br />Aeronautics, that the zoning regulations, as submitted by and <br />proposed to be adopted by the Gateway North Industrial Airport <br />Zoning Board for the Gateway North Industrial Airport, comply with <br />Minnesota Statutes and the Department of Transportation Aeronautics <br />Rules and Regulations relating to zoning of public airports, and <br />the proposed zoning regulations are hereby approved. <br />Ju/y 7 , /987 <br />Date <br />4,��','" , <br />Raymo dJ Ro ht <br />Director, Office of Aeronautics <br />Department of Transportation <br />•r <br />
