RESOLUTION 87- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE <br />RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL <br />AS TO <br />FINAL ADOPTION OF A ZONING ORDINANCE <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council held on October 13, 1987 <br />Member , seconded by Member <br />introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on a proposed zoning <br />ordinance pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 360.065; and <br />WHEREAS, no changes in said proposed ordinance are necessary; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Ramsey ordains as follows: <br />That the zoning ordinance and map attached hereto are hereby adopted. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members voting aye: <br />Members voting nay: <br />Resolution declared passed: <br />Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Secretary <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and correct <br />copy of the original resolution. <br />Title <br />SEAL OR <br />NOTARY <br />STAMP <br />
