He didn't have any major concerns since John Stine (MDNR) <br />had reviewed. Given the nature of the proposed project and <br />limitations of realigning the runway and road, he would not foresee <br />any major problems with limited fill if it was required. <br />He will note in his file that early coordination efforts were begun <br />in the planning stage but otherwise, they are too backlogged to get <br />out a formal response in the foreseeable future. <br />At the time when and if a permit is required due to fill activity, <br />USFWS would coordinate their efforts w/DNR and the Corps of <br />Engineers. <br />He indicated that he would call Glenn Orcutt at FAA to confirm our <br />discussion. <br />MO/ckl <br />A-14 <br />
