Hendricks, Management Intern <br />Each year at the Ramsey Business Appreciation Event, the City presents a business with the <br />Business of the Year award. The award includes recognition at the Business Appreciation event, <br />a plaque, and a banner. Nominations were gathered from attendees to the 2010 Business Expo <br />and from past nominations. Respondents were asked to use the following criteria when <br />identifying a Business of the Year: <br />1. Quality Job Creation <br />2. Impact on Region <br />3. Creation of Tax Base <br />4. Community Participation <br />5. Business Innovation <br />6. On the following page is a list of nominees that were gathered from <br />previous year's nominees and from nomination forms submitted at the 2010 Business Expo. The <br />EDA may also choose to add businesses to the nominee list. <br />
