The plans that were
sent to the City of Ramsey include information regarding the import material and
its use in the site area.

The import material will be a granular material with not more than 25% silt
content (similar to the on site soils). The construction plans call for 30,000 cubic
yards of common borrow material. Hauling of the import material will begin May
15 and take approximately 60 construction days to complete. During this time the
trucks will be transporting this material via CR57 and Sunwood Drive NW to the
construction entrance across from 145th Ave. NW. A map showing this route is
attached to this letter. The import material may be temporarily stockpiled on the
site in the southwest coruer (see attached sheet). The contractor will sPread the
imported material over the entire site and in the low areas. We are expecting to
complete the construction of the entire project by mid August

If you have any questions please contact Chet Harrison or myself.

Project Engineer
Loucks McLagan
651-457-3645

-217-
