FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Elvig <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lurid <br />Principal City Engineer Brian Olson <br /> <br />The Finance Committee informally nominated David Elvig to serve as the Chairperson of the <br />Finance Committee. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Elvig called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:40 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson EMg, and Councilmembers Zimmerman, and <br />Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Authorization to Hire Consultant for Aerial Topographical Photography <br /> <br />Principal City Engineer Olson stated that on March 25, 2003, staff was authorized to send out a <br />request for proposals for aerial topographical information for the City of Ramsey.
