-238- <br /> <br />The City Council should review the sketch plan and provide the applicant with any comments or <br />direction. The City Attorney is researching whether or not it is possible to vacate parkland in <br />order to address the second access issue in the proposed Tiger Meadows subdivision and existing <br />Autumn Heights subdivision. The City Council may w. ish to discuss possible options to provide <br />for a connection from Rabbit Street to Nutria Street. <br /> <br />It should be noted that staff has obtained several cluster development ordinances from <br />surrounding communities.
