RESOLUTION #03-04- RESOLUTION AMENDING 2003 SCHEDLE OF RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES Whereas, the current Schedule of Rates and Charges was adopted by the Ramsey City Council under Resolution #02-11-288 on November 12, 2003, and: Whereas, at the City Council meeting of April 22, 2003, staff recommended adoption of a Business Registration Certificate Ordinance, and Whereas, staff is recommending the Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges be amended to include a Business Registration Certificate fee of $30.00 for al! existing businesses and new businesses locating in the City and a $15.00 renewal fee thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the 2003 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby amended to establish a $30.00 application and certificate fee for existing businesses and new business to Ramsey for the administration of the Business Registration Certificate. That the 2003 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby amended to establish a $15.00 renewal application and certificate fee for the administration of the Business Registration Certificate. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; and the following voted against: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of April~ 2003.
