Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey entered into a T~ agreement with Panther Investments. As part of the <br />transaction, the City is to convey title to Lots 3 and 3A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS <br />?ARK to PANTHER INVESTMENTS. On April 8, 2003, the City Council introduced an <br />ordinance to authorize the sale.
