Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-03-063 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSOCIATE PLANNER TO MISSISSIPPI RIVER <br />CORRIDOR CRITICAL AREA (MRCCA) RULEMAHING WORHING GROUP <br />WHEREAS, in 2009, the Minnesota Legislature directed the DNR to establish districts <br />within the MRCCA, minimum guidelines for standards in the districts, take into account <br />municipal plans and policies as well as existing ordinances and conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, the rulemaking requires the DNR to establish districts within the MRCCA, <br />minimum guidelines for standards in the districts, take into account municipal plans and policies <br />as well as existing ordinances and conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, as part of the rulemaking process, working groups will be established of <br />15-20 people set to convene three or four times from March 2010 to September 2010 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby appoints the Associate Planner to serve on the MRCCA <br />Working Group <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Wise and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Wise <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
