The attached Joint Powers Agreement (JP A) has been approved by the
Committee, and is scheduled to go before the County Board for approval on June 8th.
2010 (and is expected to be approved).

Also attached is the most recent concept plan for the park that shows both the landing and
pier. The JP A discusses additional details of the proposed 2010 - 2011 project.

Staff Recommendation:

Staff recommends proceeding with formal City Council approval of the JP A.

Park and Recreation Commission Action:

Based upon discussion, and the consensus of the previous case.

Reviewed by:
City Administrator
Public Works Director/Principal City Engineer
Finance Director

P&R: 6/10/10
