The program revenue is supplemented by a non- <br />operating grant offered through Anoka County. In the Water and Sewer Utility Funds, the trunk fees <br />related to new developments throughout the City has decreased due to the slowdown in development. <br />Charges for services are the main source of revenue (82%) for all Utility Funds. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
