<br />NONMAJOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS <br /> <br />Nonmajor Capital Projects Funds are used to account for financial resources to be used for the acquisition <br />or construction of major capital facilities. <br /> <br />State-Aid Construction Fund - used to account for state-aid allotments used by the City for <br />improvement projects to thoroughfare roads within the City. <br /> <br />Revolving Acquisition Loan Fund (RALF) Capital Project Fund - This fund is used to account for <br />resources and expenditures related to the purchase of property for future state road development. <br /> <br />Public Facilities Construction Fund - used to account for the resources to be used for land acquisition <br />and the construction of public facilities. <br /> <br />Park Improvement Revolving Fund - used to account for the acquisition and improvement of park land <br />within the City. <br /> <br />Mississippi River Subdrainage Fund - used to account for all costs that are associated with the Storm <br />Water Subdrainage District No.1. <br /> <br />Park Improvement Fund - used to account for all park dedication fees to be used for land acquisition <br />and park development. <br /> <br />Municipal Center Capital Project Fund - This fund is used to account for the resources used to finance <br />the construction of the Municipal Center located within Ramsey Town Center. <br /> <br />2009 Ute Street Fund - used to account for all costs that are associated with converting Ute Street from a <br />dirt road to a paved street. <br /> <br />2009 Dysprosium Street Fund - used to account for all costs that are associated with the reconstruction <br />of Dysprosium Street. <br /> <br />2009 Street Maintenance Fund - used to account for the resources to be used to finance the City's share <br />of the annual street maintenance program. <br /> <br />2009 Andrie Street Fund - used to account for all costs that are associated with the addition of curb and <br />sidewalks to Andrie Street. <br />
