4. That the Modular Structures may not include utilities other than electricity. Working <br />plumbing shall not be permitted. <br />5. That the Permittee shall submit a site plan with topographic and drainage information for <br />review by the City Engineer, and any approval shall be subject to the review by the City <br />Engineer. <br />6. That the Modular Structures must meet all other applicable regulations found in City Code <br />and other applicable law and statutes. <br />7. That the Prepared Pads must be removed within 30 days of termination of use for display of <br />modular homes for sale and restored with topsoil and establish turf in accordance with City <br />Code. <br />8.
