Attachment E Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #10-06- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST FROM BNSF RAILWAY COMPANY FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR GRADING AND MINING ACTIVITIES AT 7205 HIGHWAY 10 NW AND A PORTION OF THE ADJACENT RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
