ORDINANCE #10-03 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE HOME RULE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY. THIS AMENDMENT RELATES GENERALLY TO THE FORM OF <br />GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY: <br />This Ordinance is enacted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §410.12, Subd. 5. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. <br />A. Subsection 2.1 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey is hereby amended to <br />provide as written below: <br />CHAPTER 2 <br />FORM OF GOVERNMENT <br />Section 2.1 Form of Government. The form of government established by this <br />charter is the "Mayor-Council Plan" as defined by current Minnesota State <br />Statutes. Except as otherwise provided by state statutes or this charter, all powers <br />of the city are vested in the city council. <br />SECTION 3.
