For purposes of sections 3266.081 to 3266.085, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2. Administrative order. "Administrative order' means an order issued under section 3266.082, subdivision 7. Subd. 3. Applicable law. "Applicable 1aw° means the provisions of sections 327.31 to 327.36 and this chapter, and all rules, orders, stipulation agreements, settlements, compliance agreements, licenses, registrations, certificates, and permits adopted, issued, or enforced by the department under sections 327.31 to 327.36 or this chapter.
